This pouch is also the safest way to transport your jewels. Be sure to avoid contact with harsh substances like perfumes, scented lotions, soap and hairspray as well as other natural elements such as water, salt, body oil and perspiration. To clean, gently wipe with a polishing cloth. Please keep in mind that each piece of our jewelry is made by hand, and as such each piece will have unique artisanal qualities.

In the event that your jewelry needs repair, we will gladly do so free of charge. Please email info@nicoleromano.com and include your name, description of the repair required, image of the damage, and proof of purchase. We will review on a case-by-case basis, and our ability to repair pieces will depend upon the nature of the damage. Extreme circumstances will be subject to charges. We reserve the right to decline repairs based upon the extent of damage or other relevant factors. Repairs generally take 2-6 weeks to complete.
