Standard orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 1pm EST will be shipped same day, otherwise they will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.)
As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.
Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Be sure to provide a secure location for delivery.
Items purchased as “pre-order” may only be returned for store credit. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or removed from an order once placed. If placing an order that includes both regular stock items and pre-order items, the order will ship in its entirety on the date indicated for the pre-order. If you would like the regular stock item/s to ship immediately, please place a separate order for the pre-order style.
At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
Our automated returns portal is set up in accordance with our return policy below. Please pay close attention to our return windows and eligible refund method.
Refunds: Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Items must be unworn with original tags and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 days for processing your return. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a flat rate of $7.50 for return shipping.
Merchandise Credit: Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for merchandise credit. Once your return is processed, you will be sent a merchandise credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct email address for the store credit.
Returns initiated after 15 days of receipt will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items: Items in the following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, Black Friday sale items, special orders, custom orders.
Exchange Policy: We are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for merchandise credit and place a new order for the item desired.
